Pick-ups from the nearest bus stop and railway station will be arranged. More details about this later.

Flight information

The event site is located about 75 km and 65 minutes away from Helsinki international airport (HEL), known also as Helsinki-Vantaa airport (because it is located in the municipality of Vantaa, but serves the capital Helsinki). There's no secondary airport in Helsinki, but a few low-cost airlines fly to this one.

Please contact the Event Steward for pick-ups from the Helsinki-Vantaa Airport (HEL) as early as possible. We will try to find rides with the local participants or coordinate groups of travelers to share rental cars.

Ferries

Especially if you want to come over by car, you can take a ferry from Stockholm area either to Western Finland (Turku/Naantali), which means longer drive to site (130 km), but a lot cheaper ferry ticket, or to Helsinki, just 65 km from the site.
